I help teams and organizations get clear on their goals and work more effectively using Agile and OKR frameworks. With over 20 years of experience in IT and 7+ years in Agile and OKR transformations, I support companies in turning their strategies into real, measurable results.
I’ve worked on large-scale projects with global and corporate teams, and have trained more than 1,500 professionals across different industries and roles. With a background in Management Information Systems, I bring a mix of technical know-how and practical coaching, using methods like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and OKR.
