Requirements

  • This course is suitable for espresso machine operators who can work with some level of independence and under limited supervision.
  • While there are no pre-requisite units for this course, a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • The program is conducted in purpose-built coffee training rooms with industry-standard coffee machines, ensuring students have uninterrupted access to quality equipment throughout their training.
  • The course will take two days (14 hours). Upon completion of the course, you have the option to return for monthly free refresher classes to practice the techniques you learn during the course for up to six months after you complete the course.
  • Learners must be 16 years of age and over at the time of course commencement.
