Hey there, I’m Cassie. You know how most of the time we’re just skimming the surface of our true brilliance at work? Well, I specialise in the activation and amplification of human potential. Why? Because the single greatest predictor of an organisation’s performance is its ability to enable human brilliance while harnessing technological innovation. And because, when we liberate our highest potential, we serve the greatest good. I bring 20+ years of senior leadership experience and 6 years' experience as a business owner to my work. My career includes being the Global Director of People Engagement & Experience at Bupa, activating their purpose ‘Longer, Healthier, Happier Lives’ for their 86,000 employees. I’m an accredited leadership coach and an accredited Thinking Environment Facilitator/Trainer. My approach to leadership coaching draws on IFS (Internal Family Systems).
