Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection

    Coordinate and execute talent acquisition strategies, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently.

  • Employee Onboarding

    Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to acclimate new hires, ensuring they receive adequate training and resources to integrate smoothly into the company culture.

  • Benefits Administration

    Manage and communicate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing employee satisfaction.

  • Performance Management

    Facilitate the performance review process by guiding managers and employees in goal setting, providing feedback, and identifying training and development opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Employee Relations

    Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, providing guidance to management on employee feedback, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Compliance and Reporting

    Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies, generating and analyzing HR reports, maintaining compliance documentation, and preparing audits to support internal and external requirements.

  • Training and Development

    Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Coordinate workshops and professional development sessions to support organizational learning objectives.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment roles
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
