  • Recruitment Strategy

    Develop and advise on recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain top talent, optimizing recruitment processes to improve quality and speed of hire for clients.

  • Employee Training Programs

    Analyze training needs and design customized employee development programs. Evaluate program effectiveness and optimize content to enhance employee skills and productivity.

  • Performance Management

    Create and implement performance management systems, facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee engagement and achievement.

  • Compliance and Risk Management

    Ensure organizationand client compliance with labor lawsand regulations. Develop and conduct HR audits, mitigating risks through proactive policy updates and employee education.

  • Change Management

    Guide organizations through change initiatives, including restructuring or cultural transformations. Utilize best practices to minimize resistance and maximize engagement and adoption.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or related consulting roles
