  • Performance Management Support

    Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems to enhance employee productivity. Collaborate with management to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

  • Employee Engagement Initiatives

    Develop and lead initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement. Facilitate programs and activities that promote a positive company culture and recognize employee contributions.

  • Training and Development

    Coordinate and conduct training sessions on employee relations topics, legal compliance, and workplace ethics. Ensure all staff are informed and educated on pertinent employee relations policies.

  • Employee Feedback and Surveys

    Design and analyze employee feedback tools such as surveys and focus groups. Utilize findings to inform management of trends, concerns, and opportunities for organizational improvements.

  • Compliance and Reporting

    Ensure adherence to labor laws and prepare compliance reports for regulatory bodies. Address and rectify any non-compliance issues and provide guidance on legal employee-related matters.

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
