  • Compliance and Safety Assurance

    Ensure all processes and procedures comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to prevent workplace incidents.

  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives

    Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, utilizing techniques like Six Sigma to reduce cycle times, lower costs, and enhance product quality and consistency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
