Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Assessment

    Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, strengths, and areas for development using various diagnostic tools and methodologies, creating a tailored development plan.

  • Leadership Development

    Design and deliver leadership development programs aimed at enhancing clients' executive presence, decision-making abilities, and strategic thinking in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Goal Setting and Tracking

    Assist clients in setting measurable personal and professional goals, establishing milestones, and tracking progress to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of desired outcomes.

  • Feedback and Reflection

    Provide constructive feedback, facilitate reflective practices, and encourage self-awareness among clients to foster growth, resilience, and adaptability in leadership roles.

  • Workshops and Training

    Develop and conduct customized workshops and training sessions on leadership, communication, and personal development to enhance clients' skills and competencies in complex environments.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Liaise with clients' key stakeholders to gather insights, set expectations, and ensure alignment of coaching objectives with organizational priorities and performance metrics.

  • Continuous Learning

    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging coaching methodologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of coaching services provided to clients.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in executive coaching or related fields.
  • Proven track record of working with C-suite leaders and senior management.
  • Certification from a recognized coaching organization (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
