London, United Kingdom Global Tax Service Delivery • Senior Auditor in charge of leading a global team of ten individuals in London, Bangalore and Chicago to complete an end-to-end tax audit. Led all aspects of this assignment, including the planning, fieldwork and executive reporting. Extensive relationship management on a global basis. • This was a highly complex review, with significant executive management interest, and resulted in a substantial number of audit findings and recommendations. Presented an overview of the work completed to approximately 20 members of the Audit Services team. Global Fund Services (GFS) • Senior Auditor responsible for a number of GFS audits including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting and Private Equity Administration. These in depth reviews required extensive planning to ensure effective execution and the timely delivery of reports to senior management. Responsible for the management of a global audit team. Bank of Ireland Acquisition – Northern Trust Securities Services Ireland • Responsible for conducting the preliminary review of the newly acquired Fund Administration business from Bank of Ireland. This review provided senior management with the necessary post acquisition due diligence and an assessment of the business’ current and future scalability. Service Organisation Controls • Responsible for the planning, allocation of fieldwork, execution of the controls testing and supervision of audit teams across EMEA. Managed the timely delivery of reporting to the executive management committee, investment clients and KPMG. Led a number of initiatives to improve the efficiency of the function.

Executing controls assurance reviews and bespoke advisory work which advises and assists internal management over systems and controls. Retail Branch Network • Responsible for the delivery of the annual branch assignments and the on- site management of the team for Santander. Developed a good understanding of the branch operations, anti-money laundering and regulatory controls. Utilised a risk-based approach to selection through the careful analysis of KPIs and exceptions reporting. Developed a three-tier reporting structure to ensure there was appropriate communication and visibility of issues across all managerial levels. Customer Data • Responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the audit, including the coaching and development of a team of five junior audit staff. Managed and facilitated formal communications with the business, and acted as the first point of contact for any queries. Performed a detailed review of the internal controls within the business unit to identify controls weaknesses and worked with the business to improve remediate the findings. Complaints • Led a complaints handling review to ensure adherence to UK regulations and internal service requirements. This included a review of internal policy documents, comprehensive file testing and the monitoring of regulatory reporting.
