I was the Corporate Controller for the Group and had oversight responsibility for some of the businesses involved in hospitality services, trading & manufacturing and reported to the Executive Chairman and Group Managing Director. Key Responsibilities & Achievements * Strategized business plans with management teams to successfully turn- around three loss-making business units. * Introduced a second key-person policy for succession planning * Managed the Group's investor relations function * Established guidelines for the Group's annual budgeting and business planning exercise * Determined the job description of new senior management appointees and established the annual KPIs for business units heads.
