I have conceptualized an innovative approach - notably integrating emotional/relational competencies, ontological learning, somatics, neurosciences & trauma informed practices, for teams & 1-to-1 leadership Coaching. Throughout my life, as a parent, executive, professional, teacher, and coach, I have come to recognize that: 1. It is not possible to fragment ourselves and separate our ways of being or interacting at work and with our family. 2. Soft skills are not learned through books, case studies, or weekend workshops; they will only be embodied through constant training. 3. The generic competencies that every corporation seeks to consolidate in its work teams—Leadership, Results-Driven mindset, Assertive Communication, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Creativity and Innovation, etc.—are not developed sustainably unless we first strengthen the basic underlying skills needed to learn to lead ourselves: Self-Awareness (Cognitive, Emotional, Somatic, and Relational); and Self-Regulation or Resilience. And also others non-visible soft skills necessary to lead, develop, and inspire others: Executive Presence, Emotional Connection and Attunement, Deep Listening, Empathy and Compassion. My career encompasses a unique combination of knowledge, skills, and achievements across higher education, executive training, corporate leadership, and strategic consulting. These diverse experiences fuel my passion for coaching, enabling me to develop holistic and systemic perspectives that enhance the effectiveness of modern tools to drive impactful results in both the professional and personal lives of my clients. With over 25 years of experience —including CEO roles— I have led cultural transformations, multiplied financial results, and designed and delivered high-impact programs in leadership and team development. A lifelong learner, I am deeply curious, constantly expanding my knowledge, and committed to transforming learning into practical, measurable outcomes that inspire leaders and organizations to thrive.

I led Global Strategic Planning, served on the global board of directors, and served on the academic team. I designed and delivered coaching and skills development programs for executives and companies. Since the company's opening, Ecuador has gradually established itself as a promising market for the company. In the first two years, my strategic vision, leadership style, and team positioned our office to fourth place in terms of number of participants (out of nine branches in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America).
