As an executive and leadership coach (ICF ACC), I partner with new, emerging, and experienced managers to develop an authentic leadership style rooted in their values and purpose. My approach blends coaching, mentoring, and facilitative training, creating a dynamic partnership where meaningful change is driven by purpose and intrinsic motivation.
A core focus of my practice is emotional intelligence (EQ). As a certified EQ Practitioner and Assessor, I integrate the Six Seconds EQ model to help leaders harness the power of emotions to drive change, inspire diverse teams, and strengthen organizational culture. By leveraging EQ competencies, leaders can elevate engagement, retention, and performance, generating lasting impact for their organizations.
My sessions are enriched with tools such as the Six Seconds SEI profile, Leadership and Development reports, and Brain Profile assessments—resources that provide deep insights into emotional intelligence and its influence on leadership effectiveness. With extensive experience in both in-person and virtual settings, I ensure highly engaging sessions that foster meaningful growth and transformation.

As a Six Seconds Network Leader, I belong to a global community of volunteers dedicated to enhancing emotional intelligence in individuals, families, and communities. We regularly host EQ cafés that are free interactive workshops on various EQ topics.

I run my own coaching and training consultancy, 'Ficus & Liana'. This venture, inspired by the essential keystone species of Borneo's rainforests, embodies my dedication to professional excellence and environmental preservation. A portion of my company's proceeds is directed toward supporting orangutan conservation through The Orangutan Project (www.theorangutanproject.org/).
