Support the Managing Director (Asia) with HR related work, including development and execution of people strategies and practices, strengthening corporate core value and facilitation in realizing business goals. Recruit new team members in a swift and professional manner. Work with managers and employees in Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur to build strong work relationships, drive high morale, productivity, and retention. Guide managers through the execution of HR programs, processes, and strategic initiatives.
