About

I most enjoy working with people who feel stuck, are open to change, thinking in new ways and experiencing growth. I often work with leaders who are high-performing but overextended and support them to identify and reduce the reactive patterns that keep them overwhelmed and disconnected from what matters most. I have over 1,100 hours of coaching experience, working primarily with leaders and professionals in government and knowledge-based organisations. My coaching style is collaborative, conversational, and grounded in curiosity. I work with counterparts to create space for reflection, helping them uncover new perspectives and take purposeful action. My areas of expertise include leadership development, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and navigating the challenges of balancing performance with wellbeing. I also specialise in coaching men through parental leave and the transition to fatherhood, supporting both their personal and professional growth.
