I am a certified systemic business coach and an experienced corporate trainer with 15 years of international experience in talent & leadership development and Consultancy roles in global companies such as Siemens, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, and MetLife.
I support leaders and employees in becoming future-ready by helping to build the mindsets and skills needed for a digital transformation and AI-integration. I am passionate about sparking curiosity around AI and guiding individuals to become responsible and confident decision makers in times of human–AI collaboration.
