I am an EQ Coach, leadership trainer and facilitator who empowers people to grow towards their potential and consistently become better versions of themselves. As an ICF ACC accredited EQ coach, I work collaboratively with my clients to create self-awareness, and bring about positive change through transformational coaching. Being an EQ Practitioner and Assessor, I work with my clients using Six Seconds EQ profiling tools to provide a framework for coaching conversations. In my volunteer role of a Six Seconds Network leader, I frequently host EQ cafes – interactive learning workshops created by Six Seconds that focus on different emotional intelligence topics. I've also been creating and facilitating professional skills training programmes in Singapore since 2004. My extensive experience in teaching /training and education management enables me to understand learner needs, design and present workshops effectively. I specialise in leadership, interpersonal and written communication using EQ competencies to drive change, impact employee engagement, retention, and performance. My work is about supporting Six Seconds Network Leaders in the Asia Pacific region to expand the EQ Practitioner community. By fostering the practice of emotional intelligence (EQ) in my workshops and coaching sessions with organizational leaders, I help them enhance their leadership effectiveness and wellbeing. Network leaders host EQ cafes – interactive learning workshops created by Six Seconds that focus on different emotional intelligence topics. They facilitate transformational workshops in their community – online or in person – and co-create engaging learning spaces to learn about and practice emotional intelligence. This is a volunteer position open to anyone who has completed Emotional Intelligence Certification with Six Seconds.
