I'm a life long learner and learning professional with a passion to help discover, develop, and deliver the skills and knowledge employees need to improve their lives professionally, and personally. I love that I've had the opportunity to help so many people in my career, and am proud to say my work has impacted over a quarter of a million learners in 15 industries, across 38 companies (15 Fortune 100). I have developed or led the development of over 25 learning product types, covering 21 business technologies, and 10 distinct sales and business process methodologies. I have leveraged over 40 distinct learning technologies from cloud-based software to content development software and Learning Management Systems. And I have produced or led the production of over 400 end user hours of training. Most recently I have focused on innovation within the learning industry to inject the latest neuroscience and adult learning methodologies into the curriculum my teams develop and manage. I have over 20 years of experience in Human Performance (Learning and Collaboration), with expertise in business readiness and training, including all organizational change management components related to leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning. I have nearly 10 years experience working for a Big 4 Management Consulting firm, and over 6 years within the High Tech Industry.
