Tanja has more than 25 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and leading teams and complex national, European, and international projects. She has a background in law, public policy, and management. With broad experience and skillset from her previous almost 20 years long successful career in the top leadership roles within public administration, more than 10 years of coaching and leadership consulting experiences, and diverse global volunteering experience, Tanja today helps organizations from private and public sector to unleash their potential, become visionary leaders in their industry, and make a positive difference in their communities.
