Launched internal development projects including the coaching group in San Francisco office and enabling consultants to use KF tools. Provided 1-1 coaching for 100+ individuals and leaders at various levels, including C-level, with several leaders opting to extend the coaching based on the relationships developed. Took part in CEO succession and selection projects to identify organizations’ next CEOs, successors or develop their C-Suite, and increasing clarity about next steps. Assessed 100+ candidates leveraging sim-based assessment and behavioral interviewing methodologies.
