I was accountable for three CRM pillars: a. Developing a 3 – 5-year overarching CRM strategy; b. Implement an end to end multichannel CRM program across EMEA markets and; c. Ownership of customer information (database) management. In this role, a CRM strategy for EMEA was created and implemented in collaboration with all EMEA marketing teams. In addition, I worked along with marketing agencies, CRM suppliers as well as HQ in Milwaukee. This role required high level of project management skills across a large array of stakeholders. The project delivered positive ROI in year two, so the company made significant further investments in EMEA.
