As a coach, I've the privilege of journeying alongside clients who are navigating life transitions, life purpose, relationship challenges, career growth and direction. I have accumulated close to 500 hours of coaching experience. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally stretched in their lives and relationships, and I create a space where they can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. As a trained yoga instructor, i also work with clients on somatic practices to soothe their nervous system. Aside from 1:1 coaching, I enjoy holding space for group coaching, especially for couples who want to build deeper connection. I am also skilled in designing workshops such as team retreats, team dynamics and communication, with experience in delivering these trainings to employees in the APAC region. I had more than 10 years of working experiences that spanned across banking, finance, tech firm, start-up, education.
