• Treatment Planning

  Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic results, patient preferences, and best practices, ensuring effective management of conditions such as erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia.

• Collaboration with Specialists

  Work closely with other healthcare providers, such as oncologists and nephrologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with complex urological needs, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

• Patient Education and Counseling

  Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures, ensuring informed decision-making and improved adherence to treatment protocols.

• Research and Continuing Education

• Quality Assurance and Improvement

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completed residency in Urology

• Board certification in Urology

• 3+ years of clinical experience in urological practice

• Proficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniques

• Strong knowledge of urological diseases and treatment options
