Roles & Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight

  Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, inventory management, client service, and facility maintenance to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

• Team Supervision

  Recruit, train, and manage salon staff, fostering a positive working environment, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

• Client Services Management

  Ensure exceptional client service by managing client appointments, addressing inquiries or complaints, and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

• Financial Management

  Prepare and manage the salon's budget, track financial performance, control expenses, and develop strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.

• Marketing and Promotion

  Develop and execute marketing plans, leveraging social media and local advertising to increase brand visibility, attract new clients, and retain existing clientele.

• Health and Safety Compliance

  Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain a safe environment for clients and employees.

• Inventory Control

  Oversee the procurement and management of salon products and supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels, and negotiating with vendors for the best terms and pricing.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in salon management or a similar role

• Proficiency in managing budgets and sales reporting

• Strong communication and leadership skills
