Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct Client Assessments

  • Develop Coaching Plans

    Create personalized coaching plans that address specific relationship issues, including communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and intimacy enhancement activities.

  • Facilitate Coaching Sessions

  • Monitor Client Progress

    Provide immediate support and strategies during critical relationship junctures or urgent conflicts. Employ mediating techniques and separate sessions to aid in conflict de-escalation.

  • Resource and Referral Networking

    Maintain a network of mental health professionals, workshops, and seminars for client referrals. Recommend suitable resources to support clients outside of coaching sessions.

  • Research and Development

    Stay updated with the latest relationship coaching methodologies, research, and tools. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance coaching effectiveness.

  • Maintain Confidentiality

    Ensure client's information is kept confidential in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. Secure all records and data, maintaining trust and professional standards at all times.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in coaching or counseling, preferably in relationship dynamics
  • Certification in coaching, psychology, or a related field
