Product Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• User Research

  Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights on user needs and behaviors, and integrate findings into design solutions.

• Wireframing and Prototyping

  Develop wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Utilize tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create high-fidelity prototypes.

• Visual Design

  Create visually appealing and cohesive UI elements that align with brand standards and enhance user experience, ensuring design consistency across all platforms.

• Collaboration and Communication

  Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and design changes, facilitating smooth communication.

• Usability Testing

  Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of product designs, gathering feedback and iterating on design solutions to improve user experience.

• Design System Maintenance

  Maintain and update the design system to ensure a consistent and scalable design language across all products, regularly incorporating new components and guidelines.

• Market Trend Analysis

  Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to continuously improve design strategies and offer innovative design solutions.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

• Ability to conduct usability testing and user research
