  • Feedback and Adjustment

    Provide ongoing feedback and make necessary adjustments to coaching strategies based on client performance and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in coaching or psychology-related field

  • Certification in life coaching or mindset coaching

  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions

  • Strong understanding of cognitive-behavioral techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
