  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Collaborate with marketing and product teams to communicate customer feedback and insights, aiding in the development of sales strategies and enhancement of product offerings.

  • Market Research

    Engage in market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings, providing insights to the sales team for strategic planning and enhancing sales approaches.

  • Customer Relationship Building

    Develop and nurture relationships with customers through personalized communication, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction for repeat business and referrals.
