Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Planning

  Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and milestones, to ensure game development stays on schedule and within budget.

• Team Coordination

  Facilitate communication and collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams such as artists, designers, and programmers to achieve project goals.

• Quality Assurance Oversight

  Oversee QA processes to ensure the game meets quality standards. Develop testing schedules and work closely with QA teams to address bugs and improvements.

• Stakeholder Management

  Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including executives and clients, providing updates on project progress and managing expectations.

• Risk Management

  Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular reviews to ensure risks are effectively managed throughout development.

• Resource Allocation

  Ensure appropriate allocation of resources, including personnel, software, and hardware, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in game production.

• Market Research

  Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and player preferences, integrating findings into game development and marketing strategy.

• Post-Launch Support

  Coordinate post-launch activities such as updates, patches, and customer feedback to enhance user experience and maintain player engagement.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications
