Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Coordination

  Oversee construction projects' day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within allocated resources, while coordinating with team members and subcontractors for optimal workflow.

• Team Supervision

  Manage and lead a team of workers, assign tasks according to project requirements, monitor performance, provide guidance, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Quality Control

  Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specified standards and project specifications, identify defects or areas for improvement, and initiate corrective actions as needed.

• Safety Management

  Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety awareness among workers.

• Resource Allocation

  Efficiently allocate resources such as labor, materials, and equipment, optimize their use to maintain productivity, and mitigate any resource-related issues that may arise on-site.

• Progress Reporting

  Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, including delays, completed tasks, and resource utilization, to management teams to ensure informed decision-making.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or related field

• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
