Roles & Responsibilities

• Passenger Safety Oversight

  Ensure passenger safety by conducting pre-flight safety checks, demonstrating safety procedures, and securing the cabin during takeoff, landing, and turbulent conditions.

• In-flight Service Delivery

  Provide exemplary in-flight service by managing the distribution of meals, beverages, and duty-free items, and addressing passengers' special dietary and medical needs.

• Emergency Response Readiness

  Respond swiftly and effectively to in-flight emergencies, including medical situations and unexpected turbulence, following set protocols and using first-aid training when necessary.

• Passenger Communication

  Engage with passengers by offering assistance, answering queries, and providing information about flight schedules, connections, and airport facilities professionally.

• Cabin Security Monitoring

  Maintain cabin security by monitoring passenger behavior, recognizing potential threats, and reporting suspicious activities to the flight deck crew promptly.

• Customer Service Management

  Enhance customer satisfaction by managing difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, including seating disputes and special requests, while maintaining airline policies.

• Pre-Flight Briefings

  Participate in pre-flight briefings, reviewing flight details, special passenger considerations, emergency procedures, and roles/responsibilities for the upcoming flight.

• Regulatory Compliance

  Ensure compliance with aviation regulations by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining thorough knowledge of international and domestic flight operation standards.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in CPR and first aid.
