Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and regulatory authorities, ensuring clear communication of privacy practices, policies, and incident management.
•Data Handling Oversight
Oversee the organization's data handling and processing activities, ensuring data is collected, stored, and utilized lawfully, minimizing risks associated with data misuse.
Typical Required Skills and Qualifications
- •5+ years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance
- •Strong knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection laws
- •Experience conducting data audits and risk assessments
- •Excellent communication and training skills
- •Certification in data protection, such as CIPP/E or CIPM, is preferred
