Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Assessment

    Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' career goals, interests, strengths, and development areas. Utilize assessment tools and one-on-one interviews to craft tailored action plans.

  • Career Planning

    Guide clients in developing short- and long-term career plans, including setting achievable goals, identifying potential career paths, and formulating actionable steps for career advancement.

  • Job Search Strategy

    Assist clients in designing effective job search strategies, including resume optimization, cover letter drafting, interview preparation, and networking techniques to enhance their marketability.

  • Skill Development

    Identify skills gaps and recommend training programs or resources to enhance clients' competencies. Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement aligned with career objectives.

  • Market Analysis

    Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and emerging roles to provide clients with relevant information and advice on career opportunities and growth areas.

  • Workshops and Seminars

    Design and facilitate workshops or seminars on career-related topics such as resume writing, interview skills, and professional branding, ensuring interactive participation and practical learning.

  • Support and Motivation

    Offer ongoing support and motivation to clients by tracking progress, providing feedback, and encouraging resilience. Build a positive and empowering coaching environment.
