Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including cardiologists and therapists, to develop comprehensive care plans, ensure seamless discharge planning, and facilitate access to additional services.
•Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, interventions, and outcomes. Generate reports and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to support continuity of care.
Typical Required Skills and Qualifications
- •Registered Nurse (RN) with a current nursing license.
- •2+ years of experience in cardiovascular nursing or related field.
- •Certification in Cardiovascular Nursing (CCRN) preferred.
