Roles & Responsibilities

• AI Strategy Development

  Formulate and lead AI strategies, aligning with business objectives. This includes establishing roadmaps for AI initiatives and evaluating emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

• Solution Design and Implementation

  Design robust AI solutions using data science models and machine learning algorithms. Manage end-to-end solution implementation ensuring scalability, efficiency, and integration with existing systems.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  Interface with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

• Technical Leadership

  Provide guidance and technical leadership to engineering teams on AI architecture. This includes conducting code reviews, setting best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and learning.

• Performance Optimization

  Optimize AI solutions for performance enhancements by conducting regular audits and refining algorithms. Ensure models achieve desired accuracy and reliability while reducing computation costs.

• Risk Management and Governance

  Establish governance frameworks to manage AI risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines. Monitor AI solution impacts and implement policies for data protection and security.

• Project Management

  Oversee AI project lifecycles from conception to deployment. Utilize agile methodologies to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and implementation

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
