  • Performance Monitoring

    Regularly track and analyze client account performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and to preemptively address potential issues.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    Liaise with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions tailored to client specifications and priorities.

  • Contract Negotiation

    Lead negotiation processes for contract renewals, amendments, and new proposals, ensuring terms align with company objectives while accommodating client needs.

  • Issue Resolution

    Proactively address and resolve client concerns and issues, orchestrating resources as needed to ensure prompt problem resolution and maintaining our service standards.
