Role Overview

The Accessibility Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all digital properties meet established accessibility standards and guidelines.   • Conduct Accessibility Audits

  • Implement Remediation Plans

  • Consult on Digital Projects

    Advise project teams on integrating accessibility from the project's inception. Provide guidance on best practices and standards to ensure digital products meet accessibility requirements.

  • Stay Informed on Regulations

    Continuously monitor changes in accessibility standards and regulations such as WCAG, ADA, and other relevant guidelines. Update organizational policies and practices accordingly.

  • Develop Accessibility Policies

    Create and maintain a comprehensive set of organizational policies and guidelines on accessibility to ensure consistent and sustained compliance with applicable standards across all digital properties.

  • User Experience Testing

    Organize and oversee usability testing sessions with users of varying abilities. Gather feedback to identify accessibility issues and improve user experiences across digital platforms.
