UX / UI Developer
Role Overview
The UX/UI Developer plays a critical role in enhancing user experience and interface design across digital platforms. This position focuses on creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless interaction flow. Working collaboratively within the design team as well as with developers, the UX/UI Developer directly impacts product usability and customer satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall goals and user engagement strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
•User Interface Design
Design intuitive, responsive interfaces by creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD, ensuring cross-platform consistency and user-friendly experiences.
•User Experience Research
Conduct usability testing and user research to gather insights on user behavior. Use findings to improve and iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user needs and enhance engagement.
•Front-End Development
Develop functional, efficient front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Integrate UI components into the application to bring designs to life while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
•Collaboration with Stakeholders
Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to align with project goals. Participate in meetings to provide design insights and address technical constraints effectively.
•Usability Testing
Organize and run usability tests. Analyze feedback to generate actionable recommendations for design improvements, enhancing overall user satisfaction and application effectiveness.
•Design Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation including style guides and design systems to guide development teams. Ensure consistency and standardization across projects.
•Performance Optimization
Optimize UI designs and scripts for maximum speed and scalability. Evaluate and implement techniques to improve user interface performance and ensure seamless interaction.
Typical Required Skills and Qualifications
- •3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related field.
- •Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- •Strong understanding of responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
