The training program focuses on the fundamentals of training and development program design, emphasizing practical approaches and best practices that can be immediately applied in the workplace. Participants will start by learning about the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), a widely recognized framework that guides the design of effective training programs. Through interactive workshops, they will conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements, ensuring that programs are tailored to the specific needs of the workforce. Next, attendees will delve into the creation of clear and measurable learning objectives that align with organizational goals. By setting these objectives, participants will learn to ensure that their training programs lead to tangible outcomes. The training will also cover diverse instructional strategies and methodologies, including blended learning, microlearning, and collaborative learning techniques, allowing participants to choose the most suitable approaches for their audience. Furthermore, an essential component of this training is understanding the evaluation process. Participants will be introduced to various evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick’s Level of Evaluation, which helps assess the effectiveness of training on four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. They will learn to gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics to continually improve their training offerings. By the end of the training, participants will have a well-rounded knowledge of designing impactful training programs that foster employee growth and meet organizational objectives.
