  • Documentation and Reporting

    Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and reports in compliance with organizational and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times.

  • Advocacy and Support

    Act as an advocate for clients, liaise with agencies and service providers, and support clients in articulating their needs and navigating complex systems of care.

  • Professional Development

    Engage in continuous professional development, attending trainings, workshops, and seminars to remain informed about best practices and emerging trends in case management.
